There are some needless links under Meta group in WordPress blog’s sidebar by default, such as ‘Site Admin’ and ‘Comments RSS’. If you want to remove them, please do it by the following way:
Open wp-includes\default-widgets.php file, just find and change the related unit list (<ul></ul>). The following example only retains ‘Entries RSS’, and removes all other links:

Besides, you can change Meta group title to RSS in Appearance -> Widgets, so perfect.
